Ortenovo náměstí – Dělnická: Temporary Tram Traffic Interruption

Due to the reconstruction of a tram track at the Komunardu street the tram traffic in the Ortenovo namesti - Delnicka section will be interrupted in both directions from approx. 0:30 on Tuesday 14 May 2013 until approx. 4:30 on Sunday 29 June 2013.
Tram Lines Route Changes

Lines number 12 and 54 in the Strossmayerovo namesti - Maniny will be diverted via the Vltavska and Prazska trznice stops.
Line number 14 in the direction from the Barrandov housing estate will be lead from the Vltavska stop via the Strossmayerovo namesti, Veletrzni Palac and Nadrazi Holesovice stops to the Ortenovo namesti stop where it will terminate.
Line number 24 will terminate at the Ortenovo namesti stop (it will not continue further as line number 14).

Tram Stops Changes

At the Hlavkuv most head a tram stop Vltavska will be established in both directions during the interruption period.

Changes in transport during Prague International Marathon 2013

Traditional Prague International Marathon takes place on Sunday, 12 May 2013. Due to this fact, transport lines are changed from approximately 8.45 a.m. to approximately 4.00 p.m. as follows.
Changes in tram lines (in both directions)
From approximately 8.45 a.m. to approximately 9.30 a.m.:

Line no. 1 in section Strossmayerovo namesti - Maniny is diverted via Vystaviste Holesovice
Line no. 8 in section Hradcanska - Dlouha trida is diverted via Strossmayerovo namesti
Line no. 14 in direction from Sidliste Barrandov is diverted from Vltavska stop via Strossmayerovo namesti and Veletrzni palac to turnabout Vystaviste Holesovice
Line no. 17 in section Nabrezi Kapitana Jarose - Jiraskovo namesti is diverted via Namesti Republiky, Vaclavske namesti and Myslikova
Line no. 18 in section Narodni divadlo - Malostranska is diverted via Ujezd
Line no. 24 in direction from Kubanske namesti is reduced to turnabout..

Restriction of Info Centres Operation on 8th May 2013

On Wednesday 8th May 2013 the Info Centres at the Andel and Nadrazi Holesovice metro stations and in the Prague City Hall building will be closed. The Info Centre at the Muzeum station and the Info Centres at the Vaclav Havel Airport will operate without restrictions (from 7:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m.).

Restriction of Info Centres Operation on 1st and 2nd May 2013

On Wednesday 1st May 2013 the Info Centres at the Andel and Nadrazi Holesovice metro stations and in the Prague City Hall building will be closed. The Info Centre at the Muzeum station and the Info Centres at the Vaclav Havel Airport will operate without restrictions (from 7:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m.).
On Thursday 2nd May 2013 the Andel Info Centre will be closed due to an inventory check. The expected closure period is 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. During this period you are welcome to use the services of the Na Knizeci ticket office or the Muzeum,Prague City Hall and Nadrazi Holesovice Info Centres.

Temporary change of route and stops for lines 101, 124 and 139

Due to the reconstruction works in Kodanska street from approximately 4.30 a.m. on Wednesday, 24 April 2013 until further notice (expected August 2013), following changes in the operation of buses will be made.
Changes in bus stops:
Changes for the line number 101:

The Koh-i-noor stop (only direction Tolsteho) and Kavkazska stops will be cancelled.

In the Tolsteho direction following stops will be established between Vrsovicky hrbitov and Slovinska stops:

Koh-i-noor - in the Vrsovicka street, in a parking bay at the intersection with Moskevska street,
Cechovo namesti - in the Minska street, at the tram station, direction I. P. Pavlova.

Note: In connection with the continuing reconstruction of the tram line and the sewage system in the Francouzska and Moskevska streets other changes of routes and bus line number 101 may be made, on which you will be informed soon.

Due to reconstruction of tram track in Francouzska Street, tram traffic is interrupted in both directions in the section Namesti Miru - Koh-i-noor from Monday, 15 April 2013 at 0.30 a.m. (approximately) until further notice (projection in October 2013).
Traffic measures effective from Monday, 15 April 2013 at 0.30 a.m. (approximately) to Monday, 3 June 2013 at 0.30 a.m. 27 May 2013 at 4.30 a.m. (approximately):
Changes in routes of tram lines:

Line no. 4, in direction from Kotlarka, is diverted from I. P. Pavlova stop via Bruselska to Zvonarka where it stops (current state).
Lines no. 22, 57 and 59 in the section I. P. Pavlova - Koh-i-noor are diverted via stops Bruselska, Nuselske schody, Otakarova, Nadrazi Vrsovice and Bohemians.

Changes in transport during Hervis Prague Half Marathon 2013

Due to international running competition Hervis Prague Half Marathon 2013, tram and bus transport is restricted in phases on Saturday, 6 April 2013, especially in the central part of the city. Transport in the city centre will be secured especially by the underground lines, which might be reinforced in capacity according to the transport demand.
Changes in tram transport:

Traffic in sections Narodni divadlo - Cechuv most and Manesuv most is interrupted in both directions from approximately 5.00 a.m. to approximately 10.50 a.m. Lines no. 17 and 18 ride diverted routes.
Traffic in sections Narodni divadlo - Cechuv most, Manesuv most and Vyton - Albertov is interrupted in both directions from approximately 10.50 a.m. to approximately 11.50 a.m. Lines no. 7, 17 and 18 ride diverted routes.

Muzeum – Pražského povstání: a temporary closure of metro operation

From the start of the operation time on Saturday, 30 March to the end of the operation time on Monday, 1 April 2013 the operation of the metro, C line will be interrupted in both directions in the Muzeum - Prazskeho povstani section due to the rail switch exchange at I. P. Pavlova metro station.
Alternative bus service:
In the Hlavni nadrazi - Prazskeho povstani section the alternative X C bus service will be operated; the buses will stop at all metro stations in the closed section. Each metro train will be linked to alternative bus service, within which three articulated buses will depart from terminal stops of the alternative bus service (Hlavni nadrazi, Prazskeho povstani). In addition, another bus will also depart between individual metro arrivals.
Stops in the direction of Prazskeho povstani:

In Wilsonova Street Hlavni nadrazi and Muzeum bus stops are set up at the 504 bus stops,
In Sokolska street I. P. Pavlova bus stop is set up at the 504 bus stop..
