Several permanent changes in PIT tram and bus service will take place starting on September 13 and September 15, 2014.
The following changes are the most significant:
From September 13, 2014, in connection with the opening of the reconstructed tram tracks in Hostivař, two new tram stops will be introduced in both directions: Dubečská (between the stops Radošovická and Na Padesátém) and Obchodní centrum Hostivař (between the stops Sídliště Zahradní Město and Na Groši). The tram stop Na Groši will be relocated for the direction to the city center on Švehlova street by approximately 190 meters against the direction of traffic.
The changes will also affect the bus stops in this area. The stop Na Groši will be cancelled between the stops Na Groši, respectively Hostivařské náměstí and Práčská, respectively Sídliště Zahradní Město, for lines number 101, 177, 506 and 609 in the direction of Práčská, respectively Sídliště Zahradní Město. Instead, the stop Obchodní centrum Hostivař will be newly established for these lines on Švehlova street, approximately 100 meters before the intersection with Práčská street.
New request stops will also be added as of September 13, 2014: tram stop Říčanova and bus stops Červeňanského and Ohradské náměstí.
From September 15, 2014, there will be changes to the routing of bus lines 143 and 176. Selected connections of line number 143 will be extended by the section Spiritka – Podbělohorská – Klamovka – U Waltrovky – Jinonice – Nové Butovice. Line number 176 will be shortened to the route Karlovo náměstí – Stadion Strahov.
Thank you for your understanding.
